Boots - Evaluation of an Employee Volunteering Pilot

Boots wished to evaluate the outcomes of their employee volunteering pilot and commissioned CCWorks to

•	establish what the experience was like for all stakeholders – what went well, what didn’t work.
•	ask stakeholders for their recommendations for roll-out
•	ask stakeholders their feelings on the sustainability of the programme in its current format.
•	make recommendations for roll-out.
•	produce an interim management plan.

Outcomes

•	75% of those involved were interviewed
•	Recommendations for improvement were made
•	Based on CCWorks’ recommendations, the pilot has now been rolled-out
