CCWorks introduced the Trust to the Benefactor grants software programme and recommended that the paper-based application procedure should be converted to an online process. CCWorks worked with the Trust and Benefactor to ensure a smooth changeover of systems, launching the new online procedure within twelve weeks of go-ahead from the Trust.
Outcomes
One year into the new process:
| • | CCWorks is managing the Community Awards programme as a complete outsourced service, handling all e-mail and telephone enquiries through a dedicated helpline and producing reports as required. |
| • | The Trust has also handed over the administration of other donations programmes to CCWorks. |
| • | Tesco plc now uses the Benefactor software and CCWorks’ administration support services, to administer the new Community Champions programme. |
| • | Reports are now able to be produced across all Tesco community programmes. |
