Alison Allington

Main Expertise – management and implementation of programmes and projects Alison, a co-founder of CCWorks, has a background of senior fundraising and operations management in the voluntary sector. Working with Christine Jenkins since 1996 initially as National Development Manager of Help the Aged’s fundraising agency, Sharing the Caring, Alison was responsible for the growth and development of the fundraising department, managing over thirty regional fundraisers. A skilled operations manager, Alison has been responsible for the implementation of a variety of programmes and projects, including the launch of the UK’s first online solution for payroll giving. Alison thrives on providing detailed end-to-end processes and solutions, excellent project management and developing great customer relationships. She is also a qualified CIPD trainer.
