Cathy has ten years experience working in the voluntary sector, having been head of employee volunteering at Volunteering England. She is a published author on the topic of employee volunteering and has given advice and training on this topic to multinational audiences including government agencies, companies, NGOs, and local infrastructure. Cathy is an experienced project manager and has managed a wide variety of successful projects from developing training to managing conferences and delivering campaigns. She also developed and launched the quality standard Investing in Volunteers. Cathy is very organised, customer focussed, and always delivers quality work on time and to budget.
